We can't even begin to explain how fortunate we are to have Matthew and Miryam as our realtors. We made our first ever trip from Ohio to Austin in February of 2014 not knowing anyone here at all. We got linked up with the Cornwalls and spent an entire Sunday together looking at possible homes. They were so patient with us. By the end of that day we put down earnest money on a home that was to be built while we were to be back in Ohio. Miryam, particularly monitored the entire 4 month building process. She was our life blood as she did everything humanly possible outside of the building the home herself to make us feel great about how the process was going. She took pictures on a weekly basis. She had several meetings with the agent and the builders and handled it like this was going to be her own home. I can't imagine being treated any better especially by someone we hardly knew!
