I was lucky enough to run into Miryam at an open House. She was so friendly and knowledgeable I gave her a chance to show me some houses. During this time I realized she had very good negotiating skills and was excellent at keeping me calm during stressful times during the purchasing of the house. Miryam is constantly on matters and is available at any time of the day to answer questions. Many times she would be working on contracts late at night if she heard back from the seller late. She attended all my inspections and appraisals and shared her knowledge of real estate to guide me and make sure that I was getting the best deal and that I would be happy with the purchase.
