Working with Miryam was a lot fun. We first knew Miryam in an open house tour of another house she was selling. We were impressed by her effort in the well-designed flyer, and we believed she is a hard-working person. So we hired her as our agent in searching our first house for life. After seeing about ten houses all over the Austin area, we decided to build a new one in the Brushy Creek area. During the building process, Miryam helped us initiate the purchase, checked out the building process weekly from beginning to the end, and mostly importantly, she is always on our side when we have an issue with the builders. She spent a tremendous amount of time and effort in negotiation with the builders for problems during the process, and defended our investments.
