We made the mistake and had a horrible realtor at the beginning. Then a relative recommended Matthew Cornwall. He and his wife were amazing. The gave recommendations on what was needed to get the house ready and they had 4 contracts on our home in just a few days!!! AMAZING!!! He made the process easy and seamless. I live out of town and was concerned how this may be difficult but he made this a fabulous experience and took all the stress away!!
