About Miryam
Miryam grew up in an entrepreneurial family environment. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Universidad de San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru. In 2003 she immigrated to the US as a student.
She is a listing specialist who has earned the Sellers Representative Specialist designation (SRS) and the Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, and she has also earned a Certificate in Negotiation Skills from Harvard University.
She has been assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in Austin and the surrounding areas since becoming licensed in 2013. She is committed to providing her clients with the best service and is driven by a single vision of client satisfaction. One of her strengths is her organizational skill, persistence, and consistently positioning her clients property in the best possible way.
Miryam lives in Northwest Austin with her family. When she is not working, she is spending time with her family, working out at her local gym and running the local trails. She has also completed the 3M Half Marathon. She loves the outdoors, hiking mountains, running, trying different cuisines, and making connections with people to help them achieve their goals.
About Matthew
Matthew spent much of his youth moving around till his teenage years. During his youth he spent time in England, Holland and in different places in the United States. His dad was an engineer while his mom was a nurse. He was a typical child in the 80’s with hard working parents. He spent his formidable teenage years in the Seattle area. Growing up he always had a love for sports and playing with numbers. He excelled in mathematics. He met his spouse Miryam in the Seattle area and shortly after marriage he relocated to Las Vegas, and then St. Louis before making Austin, TX his home in 2011. Miryam and Matthew took a leap of faith and entered the real estate industry in 2013 and opened their own brokerage in 2019.
Matthew utilizes his love of data and numbers in the housing industry as both a Broker and mortgage loan officer. He computes data and has created excel spreadsheets to better understand the economics of the housing market. He uses this knowledge to help position his clients for success in the market.
Matthew has always loved to help people whether it be through real estate, his volunteerism with the Austin Board of Realtors, or being involved in his daughters education and activities.
Matthew, when not busy working enjoys spending time with his daughter Chelsea and wife Miryam exploring all that Texas has to offer. Matthew enjoys working out, still plays competitive soccer in his spare time, enjoys attending sporting events, and taking his dog Kingsley, a cockapoo, on walks.
