Overall, this is still new product on the market but certainly has captured some attention.
The walls are made with Lavacrete which includes cement and other materials that make these homes unique in the market.
Their prices start in the $400’s and the builder is currently offering 3% off the sales price that can be used towards the buyer’s closing costs. The model home is also open for anyone wanting to see it on person. One nice feature about this community is that it offers a swimming pool with views of San Gabriel River, there is also a splash park, picnic area, clubhouse, playground, and a park.
