Matthew is phenomenal! In the middle of closing on our house, I unexpectedly lost my job and thought there was no way to save the deal. He worked extremely hard, and found a solution- transferring the loan to my fiance, saving the renters we had in place for the house we were moving from, and closing on the deal only one week after expected!! He worked very diligently, even though this was an extremely stressful situation. This is my second home he has helped me with, and I would use him again for all future purchases!
