We can't even begin to explain how fortunate we are to have Matthew and Miryam as our realtors. We made our first ever trip from Ohio to Austin in February of 2014 not knowing anyone here at all. We got linked up with the Cornwalls and spent an entire Sunday together looking at possible homes. They were so patient with us. By the end of that day we put down earnest money on a home that was to be built while we were to be back in Ohio. Miryam, particularly monitored the entire 4 month building process.
